Internal Systems Case Study
The brief.
Wiser Real Estate recently became an independent brokerage and began a period of rebranding and organizational restructuring. With new agents joining the team, there was a clear need to streamline internal processes, clarify responsibilities, and create a more intentional onboarding experience.
The goal was to replace fragmented, informal workflows with cohesive systems that supported new hires, reduced friction, and set agents up for success from day one.
My role.
I led the organization and design of internal systems, translating leadership expectations into clear, usable documentation. My role focused on structuring workflows, improving communication, and designing onboarding materials that felt approachable, professional, and aligned with the brand’s values.
The work.
Developed admin responsibility checklists to clarify roles, ownership, and recurring tasks
Created a step-by-step agent onboarding checklist to guide new hires through their first week
Wrote new-hire introductory and instructional emails to support clarity and confidence
Designed a visual onboarding document that walked agents through key tools, processes, and expectations
Organized internal information into systems that minimized confusion and reduced repetitive questions
The visuals.
The visuals shown represent a sample selection of the onboarding documentation used to guide new agents through their first week. Additional internal systems and deliverables contain sensitive business information and remain private, but follow the same structured and intentional design approach.
The result.
Increased new-hire confidence during the onboarding process
A smoother, more successful first week experience for incoming agents
Reduced wasted time, follow-up questions, and operational disorganization
Clearer internal communication during a critical growth phase
Systems that support scalability as the brokerage continues to expand
This project ensured that as Wiser Real Estate evolved externally, its internal operations were equally aligned — creating a stronger foundation for growth, consistency, and long-term success.
