Event Strategy & Execution

Events are more than moments — they are systems in motion. When done well, they feel effortless to guests while being meticulously planned behind the scenes. My work blends strategy, organization, and experience design to create events that support business goals, strengthen relationships, and deliver seamless experiences across a wide range of settings.

Types of event work.

Corporate Events
Planned and executed professional events focused on brand presence, client engagement, and operational efficiency.

Client Events
Designed client-facing experiences that prioritize connection, hospitality, and long-term relationship building.

Internal Team Events
Led small-scale internal events to support communication, morale, onboarding, and team alignment.

Private & Personal Events
Coordinated intimate, high-touch events requiring discretion, personalization, and attention to detail.

The approach.

Every event begins with clarity. I define the purpose of the event, the audience it serves, and the outcome it needs to achieve before moving into logistics. This ensures each decision — from format and timing to vendors and communication — is intentional and aligned.

I design experiences from the guest’s perspective while building internal systems that allow teams, vendors, and stakeholders to execute with confidence.
